ULFA Bargaining Town Hall regarding Board Proposals on Salary, Increments, and Evaluation
The bargaining town hall held June 3, 2021 was well-attended by members. The focus was mainly on the Board’s proposal for salary, increments, and evaluation, in which substantive changes were proposed for both instructors and faculty members.

On May 20, representatives of the Board and ULFA held their seventh bargaining session since the exchange of full proposals on January 18, 2021.
Several articles and proposals were presented and discussed during this full negotiating session.
